Click the Help (?) icon (top-right in the dashboard).
Select Contact Us (or type “talk to a human” / “customer support” in the search).
Choose how you want to connect: either live chat or request a callback .
If you request a callback, a support agent will call you on the phone number you provide (therefore you don't necessarily need to dial the number directly).
This method ensures you are connected through official support channels. Many QuickBooks support agents advise using the portal because the direct phone number may not always be publicly shared, especially for international or certain product-type users.
